What this covers

This policy covers the Codexvia software service. It is designed for its owner’s authorized use and may connect to selected communication accounts only after consent.

Information we process

We process the account and communication data needed to provide the requested service. This can include email messages, metadata, and attachments from accounts the owner explicitly connects.

Google data

When a Google account is connected, Gmail data is accessed only through the permissions granted by that account owner. It is used to provide the requested mail organization and communication features. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes.

Storage and security

Connected-account credentials are stored separately from application source code. The service is designed to minimize logging of sensitive data and to keep communication actions auditable and approval-gated.

Your choices

You may revoke connected-account access through the relevant provider and request removal of stored account data. Revoking access prevents future use of that account by the service.
